Missouri Rush and Camp Director Alex Riggs are excited to be hosting a player favorite program "RushSanity" again this off-season. RushSanity has been a proven program to raise a player's fitness as well as their knowledge about fitness. 

Location: Vetta 70 - 3051 Industrial Park PL W. St. Peters, MO 63376

Athletes ages 2014-2007 will perform exercises designed specifically to help improve their soccer abilities. Each class is a full-body workout that works both your big and small muscle groups.

Main Focus: warmup, range of motion (injury prevention), and explosive agility training, and muscle endurance. During warmup, players work to prepare their whole body by developing range of motion and balance. The explosive movement part of training will focus on fast-twitch muscles allowing for increased acceleration and more efficient change of direction. Finally, we will focus on muscle endurance so we can keep players engaged in the game for a longer period of time. 

8-week program / 1 day per week

Starts November 28th for girls / November 29th for boys

Ends January 23rd for girls / January 24th for boys

You do not have to play for Rush to participate


Girls:
Sunday's $95.00
No sessions week between Christmas and New Years Day. 
8-10 years 6:30 - 7:15 PM (max 25 participants per time slot)

11-12 years 7:30 - 8:15 PM (max 25 participants per time slot)

13-15 years 8:30 - 9:15 PM (max 25 participants per time slot)  

 

Boys:
Monday's $95.00
No sessions week between Christmas and New Years Day. 
8-10 years 5:30 - 6:15 PM
(max 25 participants per time slot)

11-12 years 6:30 - 7:15 PM (max 25 participants per time slot)

13-15 years 7:30 - 8:15 PM (max 25 participants per time slot)

 

***Please note - there will be a facility waiver (Vetta waiver) that will need to be completed for each participant in order to participate***
