Missouri Rush and Camp Director Alex Riggs are excited to be hosting a player favorite program "RushSanity" again this off-season. RushSanity has been a proven program to raise a player's fitness as well as their knowledge about fitness. 

Location: Vetta St. Peter's - 1425 St. Peters Cottleville Rd., Cottleville, MO 63376 (Upstairs)

Athletes ages 2012-2005 will perform exercises designed specifically to help improve their soccer abilities. Each class is a full-body workout that works both big and small muscle groups.

Main Focus: warmup, range of motion (injury prevention), and explosive agility training, and muscle endurance. During warmup, players work to prepare their whole body by developing range of motion and balance. The explosive movement part of training will focus on fast-twitch muscles allowing for increased acceleration and more efficient change of direction. Finally, we will focus on muscle endurance so we can keep players engaged in the game for a longer period of time.
