Missouri Rush Soccer Club's (MRSC) Player Registration is now open for the 2020/2021 season. Each player that plans on participating in the 2020/2021 season must complete ALL registration steps in order to be placed on a roster and participate in club activities. New to the 2020/2021 season, player registration has been turned into a TWO-STEP process.
Step one is registering for and completing the club registration. This process will be done through Demosphere. Once step one is completed, your confirmation email will contain a link to step two. Don't worry, if for some reason you do not receive the confirmation email (sometimes it ends up in spam or another folder), you can access the step two link on this webpage as well. Demosphere may require you to create a new profile.
Step two is registering your player for the state association (MYSA). For ECNL-RL players, you will receive an email from your team manager for your next step. Unlike previous seasons, MRSC has moved away from the program that the state uses to collect player registration as our club registration platform. Phase two's purpose is to register your player in the state association database so the club can generate your player's ID card as well as include your player on his/her team's official state roster. During this registration process, you will be charged the MYSA player card fee (previously a team fee). Your player's ID card will allow your player to participate in all sanctioned events as well as provides secondary insurance coverage in the event of an injury at a sanctioned event. For further questions about this coverage, you can visit the state website www.missourisoccer.org. Step two will use your previous year's Rush registration profile (Blue Sombrero).
As a club, we are fully aware of the possibility of future sessions/seasons being effected by the COVID virus. This past season, the virus caught everyone by surprise. Going into this season, we have to plan and hope for the best while preparing for the worst. Understanding these possibilities and trying to lay out a plan of how we, as an organization, will deal with any such delay or cancellation is very difficult. If and when any delay or cancellation may occur, we will work with the team managers and come up with a financial policy that makes sense for the circumstances at that time.
