The Rec+ program is for players born between 2013 and 2009. The program is designed for players whose skills have not yet reached a competitive level. Whether you are new to the sport or have been playing recreationally for a few years, the Rec+ program will help players develop soccer skills in a comfortable environment that fosters confidence with and without the ball. Our 10-week training program will be designed with a small player to trainer ratio. We will train 1x a week with a game every Friday as well, making Rec+ a 2x a week program. This is a great pathway to competitive soccer. Our goal is to identify and place players from Rec+ on full competitive Rush teams.
10 Week Program - 3 options to choose from - All trainings are on Mondays at 5:30PM at Missouri Rush Sports Park.
Sessions will last approximately 1 hour.
**NO TRAINING APRIL 18TH**
Option #1: Training Only
Training will take place once a week on Mondays at the Rush fields in O'Fallon, MO. Each session will be curriculum-based with a progression style format through the Play-Practice-Play model.
Players will receive a ball and a training shirt.

Option #1 cost $198.00
Option #2: Games Only
Players will play in our Junior Development League (JDL). Games will be held on Friday evenings at the Rush Sports Park. Players will be placed on teams and play small-sided games. Game environments will be set up for instructional and structured gameplay. No standings will be recorded.
Games will start after training and schedules will be sent out to all registered players
Players will receive two shirts

Option #3: Training and Games
Players will take part in all aspects of the Rec+ Program. They will train weekly and play in games on Fridays.
Players will receive a ball and two shirts.

All players that register will also be invited to participate in the Club's School of Excellence program. These sessions are club-led training sessions that work on individual training skills as well as positional tactics. These sessions are weekly sessions that players can attend outside of their Rec+ schedule.
Who is this for and how can you benefit?
Our winter program consists of 10 weekly training sessions. Each session will be an accelerated skill-based learning curriculum designed to provide high-intensity training.
